Windycon XIII

Held from November 14-16, 1986 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. Guests of Honor: Harry Harrison, Arlin Robins, Donald A. Wollheim, Elsie Wollheim. Toastmaster: Marta Randall. Chair: Debra A. Wright.

The first ISFiC Writers Contest is held and the winner is "Getting Along with Larga," by Richard Chwedyk.

Windycon moved to its now traditional Veteran's Day weekend.
