Stanley Schmidt

(b. 1944)

Author and longtime editor of Analog, from 1978, when he took over from Ben Bova to the present. Editor Guest of Honor at Bucconeer, the 1998 Worldcon. As of 2011, Schmidt had the most Hugo nominations (33) without a victory.
