Progress Report

Most conventions publish a Progress Report to send to their members in advance of the convention. The PR (as they are usually abbreviated) contains information useful in advance of the con: Lists of people (members, program participants, hucksters, artists) expected to attend, special rules, announcements of special events, etc. Worldcons typically publish multiple PRs.
