Paolo Bacigalupi

Paolo Tadini Bacigalupi (born 1972) is a SF and fantasy author.

He has won several awards, including the Hugo, Nebula, Compton Crook, Theodore Sturgeon, and Michael L. Printz awards, and he was nominated for a National Book Award. His short fiction was collected in Pump Six and Other Stories (2008).

His first novel, The Windup Girl (2009), also won the Nebula, and John W. Campbell Memorial Awards in 2010, and was also named by Time magazine as one of the Top 10 Books of 2009.
