Milwaukee in 1948

It's probably inappropriate to call this a bid, since the only bidding that was done was done at Philcon I, the 1947 Worldcon. Unfortunately, there seems to be no record of who bid for Milwaukee, or what they said. Just that they lost to Toronto in 1948 in the vote held at the Business Meeting.
