Held May 22-23, 1954 at the Hotel Infall, Bellafontaine, OH. Committee was Doc Barrett, Don Ford, Lou Tabakow, Stan Skirvin, and Roy Lavender.

In at least some of its advertising it was called the "5th Indian Lake Convention", not "Midwestcon".
