Lynn Hickman

(June 5th, 1926 — October 30, 1996)

A midwestern fan, member of First Fandom, founder of Little Monsters of America, member of the Midwest Nomads, member of the Alien Science-Fantasy Club, was one of the founders of Pulpcon and the founder of the Pulp Era Amateur Press Society (PEAPS). Chair of Illwiscon. He used the pen name of Plato Jones. He was publisher of Who Killed Science Fiction? and Why Is a Fan?.

Fanzine and Apazines:

J.D. Argassy was nominated for the 1959 Best Fanzine Hugo and the 1960 Best Fanzine Hugo. He shared the 1983 Rebel Award with John Guidry and received the 1992 Lamont Award. He was GoH at Concave.
