Iguanacon II
The 1978 Worldcon held August 30 to September 4 at the Hyatt Regency, Adams House and Phoenix Convention Center & Symphony Hall. GoH: Harlan Ellison, DGoH: Bill Bowers. F. M. Busby was Toastmaster. Chairman: Tim Kyger.
This was the first IguanaCon, but was called IguanaCon II because of a previous hoax. Greg Brown was the initial Chairman but was later replaced by Tim Kyger.
Josef Nesvadba was announced as the European GoH for IguanaCon. He could not get travel papers and did not attend and was not generally listed as a guest.
