Dave Mooring

(1961 - May 21, 2003)

A UK fan and artist who won the Nova Award for fanzine art four times (1989 to 1993). He died from pancreatic cancer. The morning of his death he and his partner Sarah Dibbs — now Mooring — were married; they had been engaged for 20 years. He provided interior artwork to Dave Langford's 1996 NESFA Press collection The Silence of the Langford.
