Carmine Infantino

(May 24, 1925 - April 4, 2013)

Carmine Michael Infantino was a professional artist best known for comic books and widely credited with creating Batgirl, Elongated Man, Wally West and Deadman characters and with revitalizing Batman and Flash for DC Comics in the Silver Age. He was presented a Julie Award in 2002.

His brother is comic book artist James (Jim) Infantino.
