Becky Thomson

Becky Thomson was a founding member of the Northwest Science Fiction Society and Norwescon. After moving to Florida, she helped found Oasis and started the Orlando in 1992 Worldcon bid, which she co-chaired with Joe Siclari and Tom Veal. She was then co-chairman of MagiCon until a few months before the convention, when she stepped down to vice chairman for health reasons. Her subsequent fannish activities include serving as an associate chairman of Chicon 2000 and as a division or department head at numerous Worldcons.
