- Apparatchik ed. by Andrew P. Hooper and Victor Gonzalez
- FOSFAX ed. by Timothy Lane and Elizabeth Garrott
File 770 edited by Mike Glyer received enough votes on the nominating ballot to secure a place on the final ballot, but the nomination was declined because Glyer was chairman of LACon III.
