1996 Best Fan Writer Hugo

The 1996 Best Fan Writer Hugo was presented September 1 at LACon III.

Mike Glyer received enough votes on the nominating ballot to secure a place on the final ballot, but the nomination was declined because he was chairman of LACon III.
