1955 Best Short Story Hugo

The 1955 Best Short Story Hugo was presented September 4 at the Clevention. This second year of the Hugos there was again no shortlist of nominees, nor voting by the members of the convention. The winner was chosen by the Clevention committee.

Winner: "Allamagoosa" by Eric Frank Russell [Astounding May 1955]
