1955 Best Novel Hugo
The 1955 Best Novel Hugo was presented September 4 at the Clevention. This second year of the Hugos there was again no shortlist of nominees, nor voting by the members of the convention. The winner was chosen by the Clevention committee.
Winner: They'd Rather Be Right by Mark Clifton and Frank Riley [Astounding Aug,Sep,Oct,Nov 1954]
